Our staff

Walter and his team develop and sustain strategic partnerships that promote physical and virtual mobility for students, staff, and faculty between UFV and its 100+ international partners. His portfolio includes overseeing UFV International’s Study Abroad program to facilitate short-term exchanges, year-long study abroad programs, international internships and work-integrated-learning experiences, and transnational education articulation pathways. Additionally, Walter and his team manage external funding initiatives such as GSO, ELAP, and SEED. Through the combination of all these efforts, Walter and his team strive to cultivate global citizenship amongst UFV’s diverse stakeholders and strengthen the institution’s presence on the international stage.
